welcome to Porto

The city of pedestrians, sunsets and wine, Porto is one of those places that’s hard to forget. That’s why Livensa Living has created some of the best halls of residence in the city, so you can make the most of university life, whilst also taking advantage of everything this beautiful city has to offer.

We weren’t happy with just one residence in Porto so we went ahead and built two: Livensa Living Porto Campus and Livensa Living Porto Boavista.

The historical city of Porto has a wealth of hidden gems to discover, all of which are easily accessible from one of our two residences. Porto Campus or Porto Boavista — which is your favourite?

Livensa Living Porto Boavista is located in the city centre, just a few minutes’ walk from the from the Polo I (Downtown) and Polo III (Campo Alegre) university sites. The residence is right next to the Botanical Garden and the famous Casa de Música concert hall. The Parque da Cidade (City Park) is also nearby, perfect for a day spent relaxing in the sun.

Porto Boavista

On the other hand, Livensa Living Porto Campus is located in the heart of the University of Porto’s Asprela Campus, close to all the main faculties and just one minute from the Pólo Universitário metro stop. It also has all the public transport links you need to get to the Historic Centre and the Douro riverside. What more could you ask for?

The Livensa Living Experience

Discover your inner musician at the Porto Campus halls of residence. One of our incredible common areas has a piano to help jazz up the atmosphere within the building.

Head to the library in the morning, release tension with a workout in the gym, then finish off the day with a relaxing dip in the pool. Can you imagine that being your everyday routine?

The residence also has a cinema and private rooms for hosting events with your fellow students. At a loose end? Our Student Life team always has a range of activities to keep you busy!

The Livensa Living Porto Boavista halls of residence offers a range of multipurpose rooms for studying, chatting and spending time with friends.

Our single and twin rooms have been carefully designed to meet your needs. The halls offer a range of fantastic services and facilities to help you enjoy every moment of university life. There are study rooms for group work, a library for private study, a gym to help you switch off from everyday life, an amazing indoor heated pool and even a climbing wall.

And if you have an event to celebrate, start preparing your guest list! There are also private dining rooms where you can host meals with friends and family. What more could you ask for?

Check out how far away any universities of interest are and pick the most convenient hall for you. The hardest thing will be choosing between the two Livensa Living residences.
